摘要
采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法同时测定蔬菜中重金属元素。拟定了测定方法,加标回收率为95.9%~104.9%,变异系数RSD<10(n=6),测定结果与原子吸收光谱法测定比较,满足分析要求,为蔬菜中重金属元素的监测和分析提供了快速而准确的方法。
ICP-MS was applied to simultaneously detect metallic elements in vegetables. The recovery rate of standard addition is 91.8% ~105.8%, and the variation coefficient is RSD&lt;10 (n=6). The results were compared with the determination of AAS, which met the challenge of analysis. It provides quick and accurate method for the detection and analysis of trace elements.
