摘要
本研究目的在于了解社团涉入对于高校学生综合素质的培养与学习能力的提高带来的影响,并在此基础上进一步探讨大学生社团涉入与就业能力之间的关系;最后探究不同背景、社团经验对大学生就业能力的预测。以浙江旅游职业学院有参与社团的学生为研究对象,采用抽样问卷调查方式进行研究,最终依据研究结论,对学生以及学校相关单位提出合理化建议,以作为参与社团学生提升就业能力的参考。
The purpose of this study is to analyze how community engagement influences the training quality and learning abilities of students in colleges and universities, and to further investigate the relationship between student-community engagement and their employability. Finally, it explores how to predict students' employability from the perspective of different backgrounds and community experience. Taking students of Tourism College of Zhejiang engaged in communities as the research object, the author adopted sampling questionnaire surveys. Then the author distributed 400 official questionnaires and recycled 390 effective samples, with the response rate of 97.5%. In line with the conclusion of the study, the author puts forward suggestions for students and relevant units of Tourism College of Zhejiang, so as to offer reference to students engaged in communities to upgrade their employability.
