摘要
目的公立医院医务人员心理健康水平总体欠佳,了解参加社团活动对改善医务人员心理健康水平是否有积极意义以及其起到的干预效果。方法采用SCL-90症状自评量表作为心理评价指标,以上海某三甲医院部分医务员工为对象,通过比较参加或不参加医院社团活动的医务人员心理状况进行比较研究。结果发现体育类社团有利于改善抑郁、敌对、恐怖、偏执、精神病性等因子,素质拓展类社团有利于改善敌对和偏执因子,手工艺类社团有利于改善抑郁、恐怖、偏执、精神病性因子,艺术类社团有利于改善人际关系敏感、焦虑、敌对、偏执、精神病性等因子;参加多个类型社团与未参加社团的员工比较能普遍改善心理因子得分,差异具有统计学意义。结论医院开展社团活动有助于缓解医务人员工作压力,提升医务人员心理健康水平,不同类型社团对于改善医务人员心理健康水平起到不同效果,社团如何保证可持续发展有待进一步思考。
Objective The mental health level of medical staff is generally poor.Participation in community activities has positive significance for improving the mental health of medical staff and the intervention effect.Meth-ods The SCL-90 Symptom Checklist was used as a psychological evaluation index.Some medical staff in a tertiary hospital in Shanghai were studied to compare the psychological status of medical staff who participated in or did not participate in hospital association activities.Results It is found that sports associations are conducive to improving depression,hostility,terror,paranoia,psychosis and other factors.Quality development associations are conducive to improving hostility and paranoid factors,and crafts associations are conducive to improving depression,terror,para-noia,psychotic factors,art associations are conducive to improving interpersonal sensitivity,anxiety,hostility,para-noia,psychosis and other factors;participation in multiple types of associations and employees who do not participate in the community can generally improve the psychological factor scores,the difference is statistically significant.Conclusion The development of community activities in hospitals can help alleviate the work pressure of medical staff and improve the mental health of medical staff.Different types of associations have different effects on improving the mental health of medical staff,and it still needs further consideration to ensure sustainable development.
