摘要
本文通过文献资料研究、问卷调查和访谈等方法,了解校企合作背景下就业创业型社团对学生就业力的影响,以便探究加强社团建设,提升学生就业力的有效途径。研究结果表明,就业创业型社团对学生的就业力有较大程度的提升,但是与企业认知存在偏差;社团运营资金和专业老师指导对就业创业型社团有重要的影响。据此,本文提出,需要以提升学生就业力为目标,进一步明确社团功能定位,优化社团运营管理,并加强社团品牌建设与宣传,提升就业创业社团对学生就业力的综合效力。
Through literature research,questionnaire surveys and interviews,this paper investigates the impact of the entrepreneurship and employment associations on the promotion of students’employability in the context of college-enterprise cooperation,in order to explore effective ways to strengthen the construction of associations and improve students’employability.The results show that the entrepreneurship and employment associations have greatly improved students’employability,but there is a deviation from corporates’cognition;the operating funds and the guidance of professional teachers have great impacts on the entrepreneurship and employment associations.Therefore,this paper proposes that it is necessary to take the improvement of students’employability as the goal,further clarify the function positioning of the associations,optimize their operation and management,and strengthen their brand building and publicity,so as to enhance the comprehensive effects of the entrepreneurship and employment association on students’employability.
