摘要
产教融合是国家层面的全局性战略安排,需要实现多元主体协同育人、完善需求导向的人才培养模式,最终目标是实现产业与教育的统筹融合。当前我国的内外部支持环境还不够完善,企业和学校参与积极性不高。需要构建产教融合价值链,加强政府引导、创新办学模式、强化企业主体作用、发挥中介作用,进一步深化高职教育的产教融合。
The integration of industry and education is a global strategic arrangement at the national level. It is necessary to realize the multi - subject collaborative education and perfect the demand - oriented talent training model. The ultimate goal is to achieve the integration of industry and education. At present,China’s internal and external support environment is still not perfect,and the enthusiasm of enterprises and schools is not high. It is necessary to build a value chain of production and education integration,strengthen the government guidance,innovative school - running model,strengthen the role of enterprises,and play an intermediary role,and further deepen the integration of production and education in higher vocational education.
