职业教育产教融合的现实问题与应对策略:一个市域案例 被引量:13

摘要 产教融合作为职业教育办学导向和发展方略,已经上升为国家战略。从一个市域案例调查来看,职业教育产教融合主要存在职业院校主动融合但能力不足、工业企业需求强劲但动力不强、校企合作但效果不彰等现实问题。要真正推动职业教育产教融合,应在地方政府职能由主导向引导转变、创新职业院校组织形态和治理模式,对行业企业实行责任压实与项目引导相结合、在融合机制上推动多方协同下的供需有效对接等方面加强政策应对。 Industry-education integration has been ranked as a key national strategy,by serving as the guide of running and development strategy for vocational education.From a city case study,the main problems in industry-education integration are as follows:vocational colleges display initiatives but lack of capacities;industrial enterprises indicate strong demands while with weak motivations.Moreover,the attempts of school-enterprise cooperation still remain ineffective.In order to truly promote the industry-education integration in vocational education,the responsive policymaking should be ensured in this area,such as shifting the way of government intervention from led to regulation;innovating the organizational forms and governance models of colleges;applying the combination of project guidance and responsibility in industries and enterprises;progressing the practice more collaborative to achieve the balance of market supply and demand by improving the mechanism,and so on.
