摘要
教师是影响教育质量的核心要素之一,教师队伍建设是教育精准扶贫的重点内容。民族地区教师队伍仍面临很多问题,主要集中在教师队伍质量和教师培养培训两个方面。教师教学胜任力测评为切实解决这些问题提供了新的思路。它不仅能够提供教师队伍现状分析,还可以促进教师自我成长,提高培训实效,提高教师选拔和管理的科学性。在实施教学胜任力测评过程中,需要注意评价主体选择应以教师为主,测评内容和方式应系统化,测评目标应注重引领性。
Teachers are one of the core factors affecting the quality of education.The construction of teachers is an important aspect of targeted poverty alleviation through education.While many problems have emerged during this process,mainly referring to the quality of teaching staff and the training of teachers.For this,evaluation of teachers competencies provides a new way to tackle these issues,which could not only tell the current situation of teacher team building,but also promote the personal development of teachers,improve the effectiveness of training,and enhance teacher selection and management in a scientific way.In the process of implementing teachers competencies assessment,it is necessary to be teacher-oriented when it comes to teacher selection,and system-oriented when it comes to evaluation content and method,and guidance-oriented when it comes to evaluation purpose.
