县域乡村教师培训现状、挑战与改进对策——基于云南省Q县的调查 被引量:2

摘要 对云南省Q县过去5年落实《乡村教师支持计划(2015—2020年)》中关于教师全员完成360学时培训任务情况的调查显示:乡村教师培训以网络培训为主,培训内容注重统一性和通识性;面临的主要挑战是网络培训流于形式、乡村教师外出培训机会少、培训差旅费报销迟滞、县域培训机构能力不足等。对此建议:提升县域教育治理水平,为教师培训提供制度与经费保障;加强县域教师教育机构和培训者队伍建设,强化培训内容的本土化和针对性;做好需求调查,根据培训需求构建培训课程体系;加强对培训的过程管理,保障网络培训效果落到实处。 An investigation of the completion of 360 class hours of training tasks for all teachers in the implementation of the“Rural Teacher Support Plan(2015—2020)”in Q County,Yunnan Province in the past five years shows that the rural teacher training is mainly based on online training,and the training content focuses on unity and universality.The main challenges are the formality of the online training,the lack of opportunities for rural teachers to go out for training,the delay in reimbursement of training travel expenses,and the lack of capacity of county training institutions.It is suggested that the level of the county education governance should be improved,and the system and financial guarantee for teacher training should be provided;that the construction of the county teacher education institutions and trainer teams should be strengthened,and the localization and pertinence of training content should be reinforced;that the demand survey should be conducted and the training curriculum system should be constructed based on the training needs;and that the management of the training process should be strengthened to ensure the effectiveness of online training.
