摘要
受素质教育全面推广的影响,毕业选择已逐渐成为当代大学生所面临的重要难题。由于多数大学生未能全面、准确地认识自己,所以从自我效能感的角度出发,分析其对大学生毕业选择所产生的影响,并展开详细的调查。调查分析得到在影响大学生毕业选择因素中,学习成绩、能力储备、从事与本专业相关的职业和实践经验与大学生自我效能感存在显著相关,即自我效能感水平越高则代表大学生毕业后直接就业的可能性就越大。最后从保证研究生质量、鼓励大学生参加社会实践和提升对大学生自我效能感的重视程度三个方面总结了对高校教育的启示。
Influenced by the promotion of quality-oriented education,the choice of graduation has gradually become an important problem faced by contemporary college students.Considering most college students fail to fully and accurately understand themselves,this paper analyzes the impact of self-efficacy on college students'graduation choice from the perspective of self-efficacy,and makes a detailed investigation.After investigation and analysis,it is found that among the factors affecting the graduation selection of the college students,academic achievement,ability reserve,professional and practical experience related to this major are significantly correlated to self-efficacy.That is to say,the higher the self-efficacy level is,the higher the possibility of direct employment of college students after graduation is.Finally,the enlightenment to college education is summarized from three aspects:ensuring the quality of graduate students,encouraging college students to participate in social practice and promoting the importance of their sense of self-efficacy.
