SPOC:The Path of Teaching Reform in Higher Continuing Education

摘要 经过四十年的发展,高等继续教育愈发走向成熟,但在发展过程中仍然面临一系列问题。如何促进高等继续教育的转型发展是当前面临的严峻挑战。SPOC利用MOOC资源,与课堂面授结合,优势互补,在高等继续教育教学中发挥着重要作用。为此,应从转变教学理念着手,运用合理的教学原则开展SPOC教学;加大培训力度,提升教师的SPOC专业水平;探求学员需要,合理设计基于SPOC的教学流程;整合教学资源,实现教学资源优化配置与共享;制定考核标准,构建高等继续教育SPOC考核机制;变革管理方式,推进高等继续教育管理模式的创新。 After 40 years of development,higher continuing education has become more mature,but still faces a series of problems in the development process.How to promote the transformation and development of higher continuing education is a serious challenge currently facing.The SPOC uses MOOC resources to combine with the face-to-face teaching and complement each other,playing an important role in the teaching of higher continuing education.Therefore,we should start from the transformation of teaching concepts,use reasonable teaching principles to carry out SPOC teaching.And we should increase training efforts to improve teachers’SPOC professional level.In addition,we should explore the needs of students,rationally design SPOC-based teaching processes.Furthermore,we can integrate teaching resources and realize teaching resources Optimize configuration and sharing.We can formulate assessment criteria,build a SPOC assessment mechanism for higher continuing education.Last but not least,we should change management methods to promote innovation in the management model of higher continuing education.
