摘要
深化产教融合、校企合作是中国特色职业教育的新定位、新要求。目前,在多重不确定性、价值需求多样化冲突、公共理性缺失和信息不对称诱使下,校企合作治理处于严重的“碎片化”困境。针对校企合作多元主体、多种权力、多种机制冲突以及呈现的横纵复杂网络化特征,提出网络化治理模式。网络化治理强调治理主体多元以及权力分散,将政府、企业、学校、社会多元主体纳入网络化治理框架,因此必须培育网络化合作观念、建立信任和互动机制、稳定的合作关系,以应对竞争与合作紧张关系和沟通障碍,促使校企合作“善治”。
It is a new orientation and requirement of vocational education with Chinese characteristics to deepen the integration of production and education and cooperation between schools and enterprises.However,the conflict of value demand diversification, the lack of public rationality and the asymmetry of information to induce the cooperative governance of schools and enterprises is in a serious "fragmented" predicament in the multiple uncertainties.Aiming at the multiple subjects of school-enterprise cooperation, powers,various mechanism conflicts and the characteristics of cross-longitudinal complex network,the mode of governing by network is put forward.It emphasizes the diversity of governance subjects and the decentralization of power to integrate the government,enterprises,schools and social multiple subjects into the framework of governing by network.Therefore,we must cultivate the concept of networked cooperation,establish trust and interaction mechanism,and stabilize cooperative relations to deal with the tension and communication obstacles of competition and cooperation,and promote the cooperation between schools and enterprises to "good governance".
