摘要
西南环线是太原铁路枢纽南北车流交换的第二通道,其开通运营对于优化枢纽运输模式、提高枢纽运输能力具有重要意义。在阐述西南环线概况的基础上,从太原铁路枢纽布局主要变化、运输组织主要变化、列车开行对数分析及预测等方面,对西南环线开通后太原枢纽运输组织变化进行分析,提出通道分工调整方案、列车编组计划调整方案、机车交路调整方案、车辆技检调整方案、列尾运用方案、天窗设置方案、货物列车开行方案等西南环线开通后太原铁路枢纽运输组织方案,为既有铁路枢纽改造运输组织模式调整提供参考。
Southwest Loop Line, the second corridor at Taiyuan Hub for redirecting the north-coming and south-coming traffic flow, is of great significance to improve the transportation mode and capacity of the hub. On the basis of an overview of the general situation of Southwest Loop Line, this paper analyzes the possible changes that the operation of Southwest Loop Line may cause to the hub in the following aspects: the overall layout, transportation organization and the number of freight trains. To provide supporting evidence to revise the transportation organization plan at the hub, this paper puts forward the following specific adjustment plans in the aspects of function division, train marshalling, locomotive routing, technical inspection, train tail arrangement, skylight setting and freight train operation.
