摘要
为保证京沪高速铁路运营服务质量,提高其通过能力,在阐述高速铁路平行运行图通过能力的基础上,针对不同停站模式下高速铁路列车基本扣除系数,分析其对通过能力的影响,即最不利情况下和最有利情况下列车在区段停站1次的基本扣除系数;在相邻高速列车均停站2次和相邻高速列车停站1次,另一列高速列车停站2次时的基本扣除系数;停站3次及以下的基本扣除系数。根据不同停站方案分别铺画京沪高速铁路列车运行图,提出使运行图通过能力最大的铺画方法,提高京沪高速铁路的运输组织水平。
To maintain the service quality and increase the capacities, this paper analyzes the carrying capacities of trains operated on Beijing-Shanghai high-speed line with different stopping plans. Under the current parallel high-speed train operation program, the author applies the coefficient removal method in capacity calculation. The basic removal coefficients are considered for the following four different train stopping plans: 1. all trains stop one time within one railway section respectively under the most unfavorable and the most favorable conditions; 2. both the adjacent trains stop twice; 3. one of the two adjacent trains stops once and the other twice; 4. trains stop three times and less. Based on the different plans, the author proposes an optimal program that has the largest carrying capacity to improve the transportation management on Beijing-Shanghai High-Speed line.
