摘要
教学质量考核是提高高校课程教学质量的重要保障,也是检测高等教育人才培养质量的重要手段。研究借用环境管理中的“生命周期”理念,把贯穿于学生学习全过程的高校课程教学活动细分为课前准备、课堂教学、课后追踪和课程考核等全生命周期过程,对每个过程设置相应考核指标,构建基于生命周期的高校课程教学质量考核模型。该模型有助于根据课程考核结果分析原因并提出课程教学质量改进措施,为课程教学质量考核提供更系统、全面和客观的评价方法。
Teaching evaluation of the university is the important assurance to improve the quality of the curriculum teaching,and also the important mean to test the cultivation quality of training talent of higher education.The study uses the "life cycle" in the field of environmental management to categorize the curriculum teaching of the university into mainly four stages: preparing,teaching,tracing,and testing.The study establishes the evaluation model of teaching quality in university by setting up the related indexes for every stage.The model can help to analyze the reasons and propose some measures to improve the teaching quality, according to the evaluation results.It can also provide more systematic,comprehensive and objective evaluation method to evaluate teaching.
