摘要
教学质量是教育的生命线,教学质量评价是教学管理的重要环节。文章在分析现行教学质量评价体系存在问题的基础上,从评价内容、评价主体、评价方法和评价标准四个方面构建评价体系,由督导专家、学生、院系领导以及同行作为评价主体,以课程建设、学生指导、教学状态和科研工作四部分25个指标为评价内容,进行评分考核,最终按照评价分数分为三个评价等级:优秀(≥90)、良好(80~90)、合格(〈80)。
Teaching quality is the lifeline of education and teaching quality evaluation is an important part of teaching management. On the basis of analyzing the existing problems in the current teaching quality evaluation system, this paper builds the evaluation system from four aspects of evaluation contents, evaluation subjects, evaluation methods and evaluation standards; By taking the supervision experts, students, faculty leadership and peer as the evaluation subjects and taking 25 indexes in four parts of course construction, student guidance, teaching condition and scientific research as evaluation contents, teaching quality is evaluated. Finally according to the evaluation score, it is divided into three evaluation grades: excellent(above 95), good(81-95), qualified(below 80).
