摘要 为提高高校教师教学质量评价的客观性和公平性,实现教学质量的闭环监控,针对教学质量评价中主观赋予指标权重等问题,结合熵值法和TOPSIS法的优点,对传统的TOPSIS法进行改进,运用MATLAB软件计算信息熵权重和相对贴近度来确定综合排序,从而建立以熵权TOPSIS法为理论基础的教学质量评价体系,同时将该方法运用到实际教学考核中,并与传统方法进行类比分析,进而得到广泛的应用和认可。 To improve the objectivity and fairness of the evaluation of teaching quality of college teachers,realize the closed-loop control of teaching quality,based on the problem such as the subjective weighting of subject matter in teaching quality evaluation,we try to improve the traditional TOPSIS method combined with the advantages of entropy method and TOPSIS method,and information entropy weight and relative proximity is calculated for integrated sorting by using MATLAB software.Finally,teaching quality evaluation system is established on the basis of entropy TOPSIS method.At same time the method is applied for the practical teaching quality assessment,and compared with the traditional method of analogy,the method is more widely used and recognized by colleges.
