摘要
目的分析细致化护理管理方案在妊娠高血压患者护理过程中的应用价值。方法研究对象选择该院于2017年1月-2018年12月所收治的98例妊娠期高血压患者,将其随机划分为观察组与对照组,每组49例。对照组采用常规护理管理方式,观察组在常规护理的基础上行细致化护理管理方案,在护理过程结束后比较两组患者的收缩压与舒张压水平与新生儿Apgar评分,判断护理价值。结果观察组患者在收缩压与舒张压水平上均要优于对照组患者,在新生儿Apgar评分方面同样具有优势,数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论细致化护理管理方案能够有效地调整妊娠期高血压患者的血压水平,并且改善母婴的预后恢复情况,具有临床应用价值。
Objective To analyze the specific application value of detailed nursing management program in the nursing process of pregnancy-induced hypertension patients. Methods Ninety-eight patients with gestational hypertension admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 49 cases in each group. The control group adopted the routine nursing management method. The observation group improved the nursing management plan based on the routine nursing. After the nursing process, the systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure level and the neonatal Apgar score were compared between the two groups to judge the nursing value. Results The patients in the observation group were superior to the control group in terms of systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure. They also had advantages in neonatal Apgar scores. The data were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The program can effectively adjust the blood pressure level of hypertensive patients with pregnancy, and improve the prognosis of maternal and infant, which has clinical application value.
