米索前列醇治疗妊娠高血压综合征产后出血的效果评价被引量：8

摘要目的探讨米索前列醇治疗妊娠高血压综合征(妊高征)产后出血的效果。方法将我院收治的120例妊高征患者随机分为2组,对照组患者接受缩宫素治疗;研究组患者在对照组基础上加用米索前列醇进行治疗。对2组患者的出血情况、血压情况、以及不良反应发生情况进行对比。结果研究组患者的出血情况以及血压情况明显优于对照组,且不良反应发生率明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论妊高征产后出血患者使用米索前列醇进行治疗,其效果显著,临床价值较高。
