摘要
目的分析对妊高症患者应用细致化护理对其睡眠质量的影响。方法从2018年10月—2019年11月在该医院接受治疗的妊高症患者中便利抽取112例进行观察,按照随机抽签结果将所有对象分成对照组和实验组,两组均有56例患者,前者接受常规护理干预,后者则以前者为基础,应用细致化护理干预。将两组患者护理后的睡眠质量情况与护理满意度进行对比。结果相比于对照组患者,实验组患者护理后的各项睡眠质量评分[睡眠时间(1.28±0.16)分、睡眠质量(1.21±0.15)分、睡眠障碍(1.20±0.14)分、日间功能障碍(1.88±0.22)分、入睡时间(1.29±0.14)分、睡眠效率(1.23±0.15)分与催眠药物应用(1.27±0.15)分]均更低,其护理满意度(92.86%)更高,差异有统计学意义(t=9.640、12.543、11.893、14.157、9.502、11.498、10.084,χ^(2)=5.617,P<0.05)。结论对妊高症患者应用细致化护理的效果理想,可有效改善患者的睡眠质量,使其能够充足休息,同时能够提高患者的满意程度,有利于护患关系和谐发展。
Objective To analyze the effect of meticulous nursing care on the sleep quality of patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension.Methods From October 2018 to November 2019,112 patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension who were treated in the hospital were conveniently selected for observation.All subjects were divided into a control group and an experimental group according to the results of random lottery.There were 56 patients in both groups.The former accepted routine nursing interventions,while the latter applied meticulous nursing interventions based on the former.The sleep quality of the two groups of patients after nursing was compared with nursing satisfaction.Results Compared with the control group,the experimental group's sleep quality scores[sleep time(1.28±0.16)points,sleep quality(1.21±0.15)points,sleep disorder(1.20±0.14)points,daytime after nursing,the scores of dysfunction(1.88±0.22)points,time to fall asleep(1.29±0.14)points,sleep efficiency(1.23±0.15)points and hypnotics application(1.27±0.15)]points were all lower,and their nursing satisfaction(92.86%)was higher,the difference was statistically significant(t=9.640,12.543,11.893,14.157,9.502,11.498,10.084,χ^(2)=5.617,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of meticulous care for patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension has an ideal effect.It can effectively improve the sleep quality of patients and enable them to have adequate rest.At the same time,it can improve patients'satisfaction.
