摘要
微信小程序是一种嵌在微信中、无需下载安装就可直接使用的应用形态,其触手可及、用完即走的特点迎合了受众的各种需求。以“抽奖助手”小程序为例,结合使用与满足理论考察微信小程序的重要意义,本文创新性地从用户需求角度出发,分析微信小程序当前面临的机遇与挑战,对小程序未来的发展起到一定借鉴作用。从长远看来,微信小程序的开发将实现企业和用户的更好交流,也能提升客户的体验度,对企业来说就是可观的利润和流量。
The WeChat applet is an application form that is embedded in WeChat and can be used directly without downloading and installing. Its easy-to-use and end-of-life features cater to the various needs of the audience. Taking the "lucky draw assistant" applet as an example, the importance of using the WeChat applet in combination with the theory of satisfaction is discussed. The article innovatively analyzes the current opportunities and challenges of WeChat applet from the perspective of user needs, and plays a certain role in the future development of mini programs. In the long run, the development of WeChat applet will achieve better communication between enterprises and users, and also enhance customer experience, which is considerable profit and flow for enterprises.
