摘要
针对EBZ-300掘进机转台进行受力分析,对与之相连的水平左、右控制液压缸固定点以及垂直控制的升、降液压缸固定点进行优化设计,最终达到减轻转台受力的目的,从而减轻其固定点的断裂故障的发生,确保了设备及工作人员的安全,提高了掘进机的工作效率。
According to the force analysis and research of the turntable of EBZ-300 roadheader,the fixed point of horizontal left and right controlled hydraulic cylinder and the fixed point of vertical control and falling hydraulic cylinder are optimized,so as to reduce the force on the turntable,thus reduce the occurrence of fracture fault at the fixed point,ensure the safety of equipment and staff,and improve the working efficiency of the roadheader.
