摘要
传统方法对掘进机回转机构的分析过于简化,不能真实反映其受力情况。利用UG软件建立回转机构模型,导入ADAMS中进行动力学仿真分析,按照实际尺寸建立模型,分析摆动角度、截割高度等因素对铰接点受力的影响,仿真结果与实际受力相吻合,有着很高的参考价值。
The traditional methods for the analysis of TBM slewing mechanism is oversimplified and cannot reflect its true force conditions.
