摘要
采用UG建立悬臂式掘进机工作机构的简化模型,将模型导入ADAMS软件中施加约束、驱动及负载,完成了ADAMS/View软件操作环境和虚拟样机分析的前处理过程;建立了悬臂式掘进机工作机构的虚拟样机,最后进行动力学仿真,得出截割头的位移曲线及回转台与其他部件的作用力,从而为以后回转台的有限元分析提供了理论基础。
This paper set up a simplified 3-dimensional solid model of boom type roadheader work manipulator in UG software,then imported the model into ADAMS software and imposed restriction and load.The pre-treatment process of ADAMS/View software operating environment and the virtual prototype model analysis were completed.Then dynamic simulation was carried out and the displacement curve of cutting head and the forces on turning platform were obtained.This work provides theoretical basis for finite element analysis of turning platform.
