摘要
分析夹钳经典计算方法的不当及错误之处,应用关联约束法建立夹钳的精确力学模型,并考虑转动副摩擦对夹钳的影响。计算结果与模拟仿真结果一致。可作为夹钳力学建模的一种方法。
The misconduct and errors of classic calculation method for gripping machine are analyzed, the precise mechanical model of gripping machine is established by utilization of correlation constrain method ,which also considers the effect of the friction of revolute joints of gripping machine, the calculation results are consistent with the simulation results which show that the method proposed can be used as a method of modeling of gripping machine.
