摘要
基于数字孪生技术,建立支顶掩护式液压支架的数字化样机,对支顶掩护式液压支架进行研究。应用ADAMS软件对支顶掩护式液压支架进行运动学分析,得到顶梁的运动特征曲线。在此基础上,对支顶掩护式液压支架进行动力学仿真,得到右前连杆与底座铰链处所受合力随时间的变化情况。所做研究可以为支顶掩护式液压支架的优化设计提供参考。
Based on the digital twin technology,a digital prototype of the top shielded hydraulic support was established,and the top shielded hydraulic support was studied.The ADAMS software was used to analyze the kinematics of the top shielded hydraulic support,and the characteristic curve of the top beam was obtained.On this basis,the dynamic simulation of the top shielded hydraulic support was carried out,and the change of the compound force on the hinge of the right front link rod and the base was obtained over time.The findings can provide a reference for the optimum design of top shielding hydraulic support.
