摘要
结晶在化工、制药等行业领域产品的生产中日益增多,是化学工业中重要的单元操作。同一产品通过不同的结晶方法可以获得不同的品质或形貌的产品。本文主要综述了不同的结晶方法,例如传统结晶、自然挥发结晶、反溶剂结晶和撞击流结晶等,并举例说明了各种结晶方法的特点,为合理应用不同结晶方式提供了有益的参考,并对今后结晶工艺的研究方向和内容进行了展望。
Crystallization is more and more used in the industrial fields of producing chemical or pharmaceutical products. It is an important unit operation in chemical industries. For one product,different quality or shape product can be made by different crystallization methods. Several crystallization methods,such as tradition crystallization,natural volatile crystallization,reverse solvent crystallization,impingement crystallization,were introduced and their characters were illustrated by examples,which was useful for selecting these crystallization methods for applications. The research direction and content of crystallization technology were also prospected.
