摘要
撞击流技术是一种过程强化手段,对于快速沉淀反应可以瞬间达到高过饱和度,有利于晶核的瞬间生成且抑制晶核的生长,将撞击流技术用于拟薄水铝石合成可以解决拟薄水铝石产品粒径不均、孔径分布宽等问题。以Al_(2)(SO_(4))_(3)溶液和NaAlO_(2)溶液为原料,利用撞击流技术连续合成拟薄水铝石,考察了成胶pH、成胶温度、老化温度、干燥方式对拟薄水铝石结晶度、孔径分布、比表面积的影响。结果表明,在成胶p H为10、成胶温度和老化温度为70℃的条件下可以制得比表面积超过400 m^(2)/g的优质拟薄水铝石产品;同时拟薄水铝石采用喷雾干燥的方式明显优于静态干燥方式。
Impinging Streams(IS)technology is an effective process intensification method,which can make a rapid precipitation reaction reach high supersaturation instantly.IS technology is conducive to the instantaneous formation of crystal nucleus and can inhibit the growth of crystal nucleus.Therefore,the application of IS technology in the synthesis of pseudo boehmite can solve such problems as uneven particle size and large pore size distribution of products.In this study,Al_(2)(SO_(4))_(3)and NaAlO_(2)solution are used as raw materials to synthesize pseudo boehmite by IS technology.The effects of gelling p H,gelling temperature,aging temperature and drying method on the crystallinity,pore size distribution and specific surface area of pseudo boehmite are investigated.The results show that the prepared pseudo boehmite with a high specific surface area(more than 400 m^(2)·g^(-1))can be obtained at gelling p H=10,both gelling temperature and aging temperature at 70℃.A spray drying method is superior to static drying method in preparing pseudo boehmite.
