摘要
工业结晶过程大多数为连续结晶过程,一直是研究的重点。但是由于现实的工业结晶过程是非理想状态的,一直没有明确地描述出连续结晶过程中的晶体成长分布和过饱和度的分布,为生产的设计和优化带来了困难。在工业结晶过程中,有复杂的多尺度多相流问题需要解决。在此研究中,应用了计算机软件计算方法(如CFD、MATLAB)完成了结晶过程和多尺度多相流性质的耦合处理,能较准确地描述出结晶器中晶体长分布和过饱和多饱和度的分布。为在生产过程中对结晶过程进行有效的控制提供了理论的指导。
The majority of industrial crystallization process is the continuous crystallization process,and that has been the focus of the study.However,due to the reality of industrial crystallization process of the non-ideal state,there has been no clear description of the distribution of crystal growth and the supersaturation in a continuous crystallization process.In the industrial crystallization process,there are complex multi-scale multiphase flow problems have to be solved.In this study,the computer software calculation method(Such as CFD,MATLAB)was used to complete the coupled processing of the crystallization process and multi-scale nature of the multiphase flow,and can accurately describe the the distribution of crystal growth and the supersaturation in the crystallizer.This can provide a theoretical guidance to effective control the crystallization process in the production process.
