摘要
目的:探讨心理干预对某部驻岛新兵心理健康水平的影响。方法:整群抽取某部参加2018-09~12集训的驻岛新兵360例,随机分为心理干预组和对照组,每组各180例。对照组进行常规训练科目,心理干预组在对照组基础上进行系统化心理干预。采用症状自评量表(symptom checklist 90,SCL-90)对两组集训前后的心理健康水平进行测评并进行比较。结果:心理干预组集训前后 SCL-90总分、阳性项目数、躯体化、人际关系敏感、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、恐怖等因子得分比较,差异均有显著统计学意义( P <0.01);对照组集训前后仅躯体化、焦虑因子得分比较,差异有统计学意义( P <0.05或 P <0.01);两组集训后SCL-90总分、阳性项目数、人际关系敏感、抑郁、敌对、恐怖因子得分比较,差异均有统计学意义( P <0.05或 P <0.01)。结论:心理干预可有效改善驻岛新兵心理健康水平。
Objective:To explore the effect of psychological intervention on the mental health of recruits stationed on an island.Methods:A total of 360 recruits stationed on an island in 2018-09~12 were selected and randomly divided into psychological intervention group and control group,180 cases in each group.The control group was received routine training,the psychological intervention group was received systematic psychological intervention on the basis of control group.Symptom checklist 90(SCL-90)was used to evaluate and compare the mental health of recruits before and after training in two groups.Results:Comparison of the total scores,the number of positive items,and the scores of somatization,interpersonal sensitivity,depression,anxiety,hostility and phobia factors in psychological intervention group,before and after training the difference was statistically significant differences(P<0.01).But only the scores of somatization and anxiety factors in the control group,the difference was statistically before and after training(P <0.05 or P <0.01).And there were significant differences in the total scores,the number of positive items,interpersonal sensitivity,depression,hostility and phobia factors between the psychological intervention group and the control group after training(P<0.01).Conclusion:Psychological intervention can effectively improve the mental health of recruits stationed on islands.
