摘要
目的:总结综合医院新型冠状病毒感染发热门诊预检分诊的管理方法。方法:在基本发热门诊管理的基础上,结合我院实际,提出了疫情期间门诊患者初步发热筛查和快速分流的预检分诊工作优化程序,并对发热门诊环境消毒方法、医护人员的心理疏导进行了总结。结果:对疑似新型冠状病毒患者,直接引导至发热门诊就诊,防止患者随意流动引起的交叉感染及疫情进一步传播;通过对发热门诊的消毒处理,可切断新型冠状病毒的传播途径;通过加强个人防护、心理疏导可保护易感人群。结论:优化发热门诊预检分诊流程不仅可提高医护人员的工作效率,而且对新型冠状病毒感染病例能做到早发现、早隔离、早治疗、对控制疫情发展起到关键作用。
Objective:To summarize the management of preliminary-examination and triage of fever clinic of corona virus disease 2019(COVID-19)infection in general hospitals.Methods:On the basis of the management of fever clinic,combined with the practice of our hospital,the healthcare workers were put forward to optimizing the procedures of preliminary examination and rapid triage for fever outpatients,and summarized and discussed the disinfection methods of fever clinic environments and psychological counseling for fever clinic healthcare workers.Results:The suspected patients with COVID-19 disease were directly guided to fever clinic for diagnosis,which prevented the spread of cross infection and epidemic situation and effectively controlled the source of infection.The transmission route of COVID-19 could be cut off by disinfection in fever clinic.The susceptible population could be protected by strengthening personal protection and psychological crisis counseling.Conclusion:The optimized preliminary-examination and triage process of fever clinic can not only improve the work efficiency,but also play a key role in the early detection,early isolation,early treatment of COVID-19 and the control of the epidemic situation.
