摘要
[目的/意义]通过知识质量和知识源特征这两个路径来验证问答社区中信息安全突发事件应急知识的传播机制,讨论信息安全突发事件中影响安全应急知识传播的影响因素,为信息安全管理提供新的启示。[方法/过程]基于精细加工可能性模型,以知乎为研究平台,用WannaCry“勒索病毒”安全事件作为数据来源,提出安全应急知识传播的中心路径和边缘路径,用零膨胀负二项回归对研究假设进行实证检验。[结果/结论]在中心路径中,安全应急知识深度、安全应急知识时效性以及知识所包含的正向情感作为知识质量都对安全应急知识传播存在正向显著的影响;同时,知识源特征中知识传播者的身份信息完善度和粉丝数都从边缘路径上影响信息安全突发事件应急知识传播。从双路径出发讨论了安全应急知识在传播过程中的影响因素,厘清了安全应急知识传播的机制。
[Purpose/Significance]This paper verifies the factors of emergency knowledge spreading of information security emergencies in the Q&A community through dual paths-knowledge quality and knowledge source characteristics.It discusses the factors influencing the spread of security emergency knowledge in information security events,provides new enlightenment for information security management.[Method/Process]Based on the elaboration likelihood model,using the"WannaCry"information security event as the data source,this study proposes the central path and edge path of information security knowledge spreading.After data processing,the hypotheses were empirically tested with zero-inflation negative binomial regression.[Result/Conclusion]The results indicate that security emergency knowledge depth,timeliness,and emotion as effective dimensions for knowledge quality have a significant positive effect on information security emergency knowledge spreading.At the same time,the identity information completeness and the number of followers of knowledge spreaders as the characteristics of knowledge sources all have a positive effect on the information security emergency knowledge spreading from the edge path.This study discusses the influencing factors of information security knowledge in the process of communication from dual paths and clarifies the mechanism of information security knowledge dissemination for information security research.
