黑客社区不同意图信息分享的双路径模型研究

摘要 监管黑客群体,提供网络安全防御新思路,需要探讨黑客社区中不同意图信息分享的影响因素。基于精细加工可能性模型,构建黑客社区不同意图信息分享的双路径模型,研究信息质量与信息源特征对信息分享的影响,使用分层回归方法与逐步回归法进行实证检验。结果表明:中心路径中,信息质量中的积极情感、信息深度、信息时效性对攻击型与防御型信息分享有显著正向影响,消极情感对攻击型信息分享有显著负向影响;边缘路径中,回帖用户的声誉值与结构型社会资本作为信息源特征对防御型信息分享有显著影响;用户活跃度在各影响因素与两种意图信息分享之间起显著调节效应。 In order to better supervise the hacker community and provide new ideas for network security defense, this paper discusses the influencing factors of information sharing with different intentions in the hacker community. Based on the elaboration likelihood model, this paper constructs a dual pathway model of information sharing with different intentions of hacker community, studies the impact of information quality and information source characteristics on information sharing, and empirically tests the research hypotheses by using hierarchical regression method and stepwise regression method. The results show that, in the central route, positive emotion, information depth and information timeliness in information quality have significant positive effects on aggressive and defensive information sharing, negative emotion has significant negative effects on aggressive information sharing;in the peripheral route, the reputation value of reply users and the characteristics of structural social capital as information sources have a significant impact on defensive information sharing. User activity plays a significant moderating role between the influencing factors and the two intentions information sharing.
