乳清液制备细菌纤维素条件的优化 被引量:3

摘要 以乳清液为原料,木醋杆菌为发酵菌种制备细菌纤维素。研究了葡萄糖添加量、发酵时间、发酵温度、接种量以及初始pH对细菌纤维素产量及葡萄糖利用率的影响。结果表明制备细菌纤维素的最佳条件:葡萄糖添加量为8%、发酵时间7 d、发酵温度30℃、接种量6%、初始pH5.0,在此条件下,细菌纤维素的产量为1.40g/100mL,葡萄糖利用率为97.5%。应用此方法不仅可以获得高产量的纤维素,而且充分利用了原料,为工业化生产细菌纤维素提供了新的方法。 Bacterial cellulose was prepared from the whey solution by Acetobacter Xylinum, The influence of glucose concentration, fermentation time, fermentation temperature, inoculum size, the initial pH on bacterial cellulose yield was evaluated. Meanwhile, further studies were done to investigate the influence of fermentation conditions on utilization rate of glucose. The results showed that the optimum conditions for the bacterial cellulose was as follows: glucose concentration 8%, fermentation time 7 d, fermentation temperature 30 ℃, inoculum size6 %, the original pH5.0, The bacterial cellulose production of 1.40 g/100 mL was reached under the optimum process, Utilization rate of glucose was 97.5%. This method can obtain a high yield of bacterial cellulose, and it make a good use of the materials, It provides a new approach to product a large number of bacterial cellulose.
