摘要
现阶段,随着城乡建设的发展,建筑和市政设施工程的数量也越来越多,而这些工程的总承包招投标工作在相关政策以及区域法律和规章制度的条件下,有着不可或缺的作用。当前,招标和投标随着我国建设领域规模的拓展也逐渐发展和普及,招标投标的规章制度以及流程都遵循一定的标准来进行,能够有效避免腐败工程的出现,同时招投标的制度和流程也在不断的完善与进步中。本文主要阐述了建设工程招投标的基本概念,以及建设工程招投标管理过程中出现的问题和不足,并提出了相关解决措施。
At this stage, with the development of urban and rural construction, the number of construction and municipal facilities projects is increasing. The general contracting and bidding work of these projects is indispensable under the relevant policies and regional laws and regulations. At present, bidding have gradually developed and popularized with the expansion of China’s construction field. The rules and procedures of bidding are carried out in accordance with certain standards, which can effectively avoid the emergence of corrupt projects, and the system and process of bidding has a constant improvement and progress. This paper mainly expounds the basic concepts of construction project bidding, as well as the problems and deficiencies in the process of construction project bidding management, and proposes relevant solutions.
