基于数值模拟的6016/ST13钢铝异种板材自冲铆接成形 被引量:5

Self-piercing riveting of 6016/ST13 steel-aluminum dissimilar sheet based on numerical simulation

摘要 以某汽车引擎盖上加强板的钢铝异种材料的自冲铆接作为研究对象,基于DEFORM-2D软件对1mm料厚的6016-T4铝合金与1.5mm料厚的ST13钢板之间的异种材料自冲铆接过程进行数值模拟,利用平底模具与凸点模具分别对不同放置顺序的板料进行铆接试验。研究结果表明:采用平底模具铆接且上层板料为6016-T4铝合金的组合方案时,钢铝异种材料的自冲铆接成形质量较优,底切量、钉头高度以及剩余厚度的试验值分别为0.617,0.067以及0.201mm。底切量、钉头高度以及剩余厚度的模拟值与试验值之间的相对误差分别为1.65%、4.69%以及2.9%,从而验证了数值模拟的正确性。此外,分析了钢铝异种材料自冲铆接的底切量与模具参数之间的关系。研究得知:底切量随着模具宽度的增加而逐渐增大,而伴随着模具深度的增加则表现出不断减小的变化规律。 For the self-piercing riveting of steel-aluminum dissimilar metals on the reinforcement plate of automobile engine cover,the self-piercing riveting process of dissimilar metals between 6016-T4 aluminium alloy with thickness 1 mm and ST13 steel plate with thickness 1. 5 mm was simulated by software DEFORM-2 D,and riveting experiments were conducted by flat bottom die and convex die for sheet metal at different placement orders. The results show that the self-piercing riveting quality of steel and aluminium dissimilar metals is better when the flat bottom die is adopted riveted with the upper sheet of 6016-T4 aluminium alloy,and the undercut amount,nail head height and residual thickness are 0. 617,0. 067 and 0. 201 mm respectively. Their relative errors between simulation values and experimental values are 1. 65%,4. 69% and 2. 9% respectively. Therefore,the correctness of the numerical simulation for self-piercing riveting is verified. In addition,the relationship between undercut amount and die parameters of self-piercing riveting for steel and aluminium dissimilar metals was analyzed. The results show that undercut amount increases gradually with the increasing of die width and decreases gradually with the increasing of die depth.
