结构胶对铝钢异种金属自冲铆接工艺影响研究 被引量:25

摘要 在金属间加入结构胶是提高异质材料自冲铆接接头质量的有效方法。以2 mm AA6061-T6和1.6 mm深冲用冷轧钢板(BUSD)异种金属连接为研究对象,研究了不同粘度结构胶对接头中胶层分布、接头几何特征量以及准静态力学性能的影响规律。研究表明,因为铆接过程中胶层、板材以及铆钉的复杂作用,胶层在接头中呈非连续分布。胶铆复合有利于结构胶发挥抗剪强度高的优势,使接头抗剪性能提高到纯自冲铆接(Self-Piercing Riveting,SPR)接头的两倍以上,然而粘度较大的结构胶因为流动性差,在接头中残留量更大,导致接头中底切量下降,从而使接头正拉强度小幅降低。 Inserting adhesive between dissimilar metals before riveting, which is called rivet-bonding, can enhance the quality of joints. In this paper, the rivet-bonded joints were made between 2 mm aluminunl alloy AA6061-T6 and 1.6 mm cold-roll steel BUSD. Two kinds of structural adhesive with dittbrent viscosity were involved. Adhesive layer distribution, geometry characteristics of .joints and quasi-static strength properties were studied systematically. Results show that because of complex coupling among tile rivet, adhesive layer and sheets, adhesive distributes discontinuously in joints. Compared with traditional SPR,joints, the lap-shear strength of rivet-bonded joints was increased by 120% - 150%. However, due to poor fluidity, more adhesive with higher-viscosity remained in the joint than that with lower-viscosity, which leads to the decrease in both under cut and cross-tension strength.
