摘要
为了解江西省医务人员经历医院暴力情况和职业认同感现状及其影响因素,采取便利抽样的方式对江西省1548名医务人员的职业认同感进行调查,并分析其影响因素。结果显示,医务人员的职业认同感认知水平为(28.61±8.59)分,占量表总分的57.22%;职业认同感与遭受医院暴力得分呈负相关。多元线性回归分析,遭遇暴力、目睹暴力、科室(外科、内科、儿科、ICU和急诊科)具有负向影响;职称(高级)对职业认同感具有正向影响。建议医院改善医务人员执业环境,保障其从业权益和执业尊严,加强职业规划教育,增强职业价值感,促进职业认同感的提高。
To explore the status quo and effects of professional identity in medical staffs under the background of medical violence, convenience sampling was conducted to collect questionnaire samples from1548 medical staffs in Jiangxi province. The score form scale about medical professional identity was28.61±8.59, accounting for 57.22% of the total score of the scale. The professional identity was negative correlation with undergoing medical violence. It also found that exposure to violence, witnessing violence, different units (surgery, internal medicine, pediatrics, ICU and emergency services) and nurses had negative correlation with professional identity, while senior professional title had positive correlation with professional identity. To increase the professional identity in medical staffs, the hospital managers should improve the working conditions of medical staffs, strengthen their professional development planning, enhance their sense of professional value and promote their professional identity.
