摘要
目的了解突发公共卫生事件下本科大学生医护职业价值观现状及其影响因素,为以后发生公共卫生事件时陷入职业观念转变困境的医学生提供帮助和建议。方法2021年9月12日至10月29日通过发放问卷,对徐州医科大学、江苏师范大学、中国矿业大学、徐州工程学院等多所高校在校本科大学生进行整群随机抽样调查。结果突发公共卫生事件下,医学生职业价值观呈积极变化占93.8%,职业价值观无变化占4.3%,其余1.9%为消极变化;医学生职业认同呈积极变化占85.7%,医学生职业认同无变化占5.8%,8.5%的医学生呈消极变化。医学生与非医学生医护职业价值观比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论突发公共卫生事件总体上对医学生职业价值观和职业认同以积极影响为主,寻求帮助医学生在突发公共卫生事件下保持积极医护职业价值观的方法与策略。
Objective To understand the status of undergraduate students′professional values of medical and nursing and their influencing factors under public health emergencies,and to provide help and suggestions for medical students who are caught in the dilemma of changing their professional concepts when public health incidents occur in the future.Methods From September 19 to October 29,2021,a cluster random sampling survey was conducted among undergraduate students in Xuzhou Medical University in Xuzhou Medical University,Jiangsu Normal University,China University of Mining and Technology,Xuzhou Universities of Technology and many other universities through the distribution of questionnaires.Results In the event of public health emergencies,93.8%of medical students showed positive changes in their professional values,4.3%without changes in their professional values,and the remaining 1.9%were negative changes;Medical students who showed positive changes in their occupational identity accounted for 85.7%,and medical students who had no occupational identity changes accounted for 5.8%,and 8.5%of medical students showed negative changes.There was a statistically significant difference in the professional values of medical students and non-medical students(P<0.001).Conclusion Public health emergencies generally have a positive impact on the professional values and professional identity of medical students,and methods and strategies should be sought to help medical students maintain positive medical professional values under public health emergencies.
