摘要 作为实现高校立德树人根本任务的最具体实践者,教师群体的教学能力和业务水平一直被作为高校对教师考核评价最主要的关注点,而高校对教师的职业道德却缺乏关注和考核。在当前社会多种意识形态的冲击下,加上高校疏于对教师道德规范的要求,高校教师群体的职业道德问题日益突出,这不仅影响了全体教师的职业形象,更给教育大计的发展带来了不可忽视的影响。因此,规范高校教师的职业道德,树立高校教师崇高的职业形象,坚持高校教师职业道德规范由“道德思维”向“伦理思维”转变,顺应高校教师专业化的发展趋势,建立健全更加科学合理的考评机制,对高等教育事业的发展具有重要意义。 As the most concrete practitioner for realizing the fundamental task of fostering morality and cultivating people in colleges and universities, the teaching ability and professional level have always been the most important focus for the assessment and evaluation of university teachers, while the professional ethics of teachers has not been paid attention to and assessed. Under the impact of various ideologies in the current society and the neglect of the requirements for teachers' ethics in colleges and universities, the professional ethics level of university teachers is declining collectively, which not only affects the professional image of all teachers, but also has an important impact on the development of education in China. Therefore, it is of great significance for the development of higher education to standardize the professional ethics of university teachers, establish the lofty professional image of university teachers, adhere to the transformation of the professional ethics of university teachers from "moral thinking" to "ethical thinking", conform to the development trend of professionalization of university teachers, and establish and improve a more scientific and reasonable evaluation mechanism.
