摘要
教师是高校教育核心竞争力的组成部分,是大学可持续发展的坚实根基所在。高校教师的职业道德高低是做好高校教育的重要条件和前提,本文通过总结高校教师职业道德修养的总体现状和不足,以及针对这些不足的解决办法,浅析当代高校教师如何在教学和科研实践中提高自身的职业道德修养。
Teachers are the components of education core competitiveness of universities,as well as the solid foundation of sustainable development of universities.College teachers'occupational ethics level is the important foundation and premise of higher education.This article summarized the overall status of college teachers'professional ethics.We also proposed the solutions for these deficiencies and analyzed how do college teachers improve their professional ethics accomplishment through teaching and scientific research practice.
