摘要
师德是教师之魂、教育之魂,关乎国之大计、党之大计。为了建设教育强国,办好人民满意的教育,教师应该担负起立德树人责任主体和实施主体的职责,师德建设必须常抓不懈。师德即教师的职业道德,是教师在从教过程中表现出来的思想意识、品德素养和人格作风,对实现立德树人的根本任务具有固本培元、安身立命、示范引领的价值功能。加强师德建设必须要做到弘扬"四有好老师"价值取向,熟练运用"四个相统一"方法论,矢志践行"四个引路人"崇高使命。
Teacher’s morality is the soul of teachers and education,which is related to the great plan of the state and the great plan of the Party of CPC.In order to build a powerful country by education and run a satisfactory education for the people,teachers should take on the responsibility of establishing moral people as the main responsibility and implementing this main responsibility.Teacher’s morality is the professional ethics of teachers,which is to be grasped constantly.It is the ideological consciousness,moral quality and personality style that teachers show in the courses of teaching.It has the value function of strengthening the foundation,settling down and leading by example to realize the basic task of establishing virtue and fostering people.To strengthen the construction of Teachers’morality,the value orientation of“four haves”good teachers must be carried forward,the lofty mission of“four guides”should be carried out,and the methodology of“four aspects in unity”should be skillfully applied.
