习近平阐明好老师要具备"四有"基本标准:要有理想信念、要有道德情操、要有扎实学识、要有仁爱之心。并强调教师要做学生锤炼品格的引路人,做学生学习知识的引路人,做学生创新思维的引路人,做学生奉献祖国的引路人。理解"四有"与"四个引路人"的逻辑关系:"四有"是高素质教师的标准和前提,而"四个引路人"则是高素质教师的追求和目标。争当学生"引路人"要做到:有坚定的政治方向,有良好的人格魅力,有严谨的治学精神,有无私的爱生之情。
Xi Jinping expounded that a good teacher should possess four basic qualities:to have ideals and conviction,to have moral sentiment,to have solid foundation of knowledge and to have a heart of love.He also stressed that teachers should be the guide to help students in strengthening their character,the guide to help them in learning knowledge,the guide to train their innovative thinking,and the guide to establish their sense of serving the country.To be a highly qualified teacher,Four Haves are the standards and preconditions whereas Four Guides are the pursues and goals.To be the Guide of students,a teacher should possess firm political orientation,good personality,rigorous spirit of scholarship,and selfless love for students.
