“双减”与教育高质量发展——一种批判教育学的视角 被引量:36

“Double Reduction” and High Quality Development of Education——A Critical Pedagogical Perspective

摘要 学生课业负担过重是我国教育发展过程中的沉疴顽疾,"双减"是新时期教育高质量发展的必然选择,教育高质量发展是"双减"的价值旨归。从批判教育学视角审视,"双减"存在着"质"与"量"、"增"与"减"的张力,育人为本和精神生成是"双减"的核心命题,在"双减"过程中要走出"缺失人"、无质量及路径依赖的陷阱。"双减"政策的有效推进,要从树立高质量发展理念、构筑"五育融合"教育新体系、强化学校育人使命、提升教师队伍育人水平及构建全域育人环境等几方面着手,以协同共促教育高质量发展。 Overburden of students’ schoolwork is a chronic illness accumulated in the process of China’s educational development.“Double Reduction” is an inevitable choice for the high-quality development of education in the new period, and the high-quality development of education is the value of “Double Reduction”. From the perspective of critical pedagogy, there are tensions between “quality” and “quantity”, “increase” and “decrease” in “Double Reduction”. Education-oriented and spiritual generation are the core propositions of “Double Reduction”. In the process of “Double Reduction”, we should avoid student essence negligence, low quality in teaching and path dependence. To effectively promote the policy of “Double Reduction”, it is necessary to set up the concept of high-quality development, building a educational new system of “Integrated Education”, strengthening the mission of educating people in schools, improving the educational level of teachers and building a all-round educational environment, etc., so as to jointly promote the high-quality development of education.
