摘要
非传统旅游城市是指不具有垄断性旅游资源或大规模人口的城市。目前仍鲜有关于非传统旅游城市旅游发展战略的研究。绵阳市城市人口规模不大,缺少垄断性旅游资源,是非传统旅游城市的典型代表。据此,本文采用SWOT分析和层次分析相结合的方法定量研究绵阳的城市旅游发展战略。结果表明:绵阳城市旅游的优势大于劣势,威胁略大于机会,战略方位角为-22.2°,战略强度系数为0.54,应采取“积极进取型的高强度多元化战略”。在对研究结果深入讨论分析的基础上,提出了建设沿河景观游憩带、打造空间多元化的吸引力体系等具体战略。
Non-traditional tourism city refers to a city that does not have monopoly tourism resources or large-scale population. There are still little researches on the development strategy of non-traditional tourism cities. Mianyang city is a typical representative of non-traditional tourism cities that has a small population and lacks of monopoly tourism resources. Accordingly, SWOT analysis and analytic hierarchy process are used to quantitatively analyze the urban tourism development strategies of Mianyang. The result shows that the strengths of Mianyang's urban tourism outweigh its weakness, and the threats slightly outweigh opportunities;the strategic azimuth is -22.2°, and the strategic intensity coefficient is 0.54. The 'aggressive high-intensity diverse strategy' should be adopted. Based on the in-depth discussion and analysis of the research result, the paper puts forward specific strategies such as building recreational belts along the river, creating an attractive system of diversified space etc.
