摘要
高职院校党员是党员队伍中重要的组成部分和活跃力量,学生党员是高职院校学生当中的优秀者,是“中国制造2025”重要参与者和建设者。高职院校学生党员的培养质量不仅关系到学生党员自身的素质和高职院校党建工作的质量,更是关系到国家、民族的未来。分析当前高职院校在学生党员教育管理中存在的问题,采取有效的应对措施,是提升学生党建工作标准化、规范化管理的重要保证。
Party members in higher vocational colleges are an important part and active force of Party members. Student Party members are excellent students in higher vocational colleges and important participants and builders of "made in China 2025". The cultivation quality of student party members in higher vocational colleges is not only related to the quality of student Party members themselves and the quality of Party construction work in higher vocational colleges, but also related to the future of the nation. To analyze the problems existing in the education and management of student Party members in higher vocational colleges and take effective measures are important guarantees to improve the standardized management of student Party construction.
