摘要
文章采取案例研究法,以美国八个典型的STEM教育项目为案例样本,从评价主体、评价对象、评价内容/指标、监督反馈等四个评价维度对美国STEM教育项目评价机制进行了分析,发现美国STEM教育形成了一个比较完善的评价机制闭环.在此基础上,文章探讨了美国STEM教育项目评价机制对我国STEM教育的启示,提出了建立第三方评价机制、制定指导实践的评价指标、关注特殊群体的STEM教育、优化监督问责机制等建议,以期为构建我国STEM教育项目评价机制、促进我国STEM教育发展提供参考.
In this paper, the evaluation mechanism of American STEM(Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) education projects was analyzed from four evaluation dimensions of evaluation subject, evaluation object, evaluation content/indicator, and supervision feedback through the case study method and taking eight typical American STEM education projects as sample cases. It was found that American STEM education formed a relatively complete evaluation mechanism closed-loop. Based on this, the enlightenment of the evaluation mechanism of American STEM education projects to China’s STEM education was discussed. It was proposed that a third-party evaluation mechanism should be established, the evaluation indicators for guiding practice should be formulated, the STEM education of special groups should be focused, the supervision and accountability mechanism should be optimized, expecting to provide reference for constructing evaluation mechanism for China’s STEM education projects and promoting the development of China’s STEM education.
