摘要
为应对日益复杂的国际国内安全形势,以习近平为核心的党中央领导集体,深刻总结国家安全工作的基本经验,审时度势地提出总体国家安全观。近年来,学者们围绕总体国家安全观的时代背景、理论渊源、基本内涵、主要特征以及实践路径等方面进行多层次、深入的理论研究,取得较为丰硕的成果。通过文献的系统梳理发现,现有研究仍有进一步改善与拓展的空间:在研究问题域上,可以深化基础理论问题研究,构建中国特色的国家安全理论学术话语;在研究范围上,应当增强对非国家行为体的研究,完善总体国家安全观的理论体系;在研究方法上,应注重国际经验的交流互鉴,拓展理论研究的国际性视野。
In order to cope with the increasing complex international and domestic security situation, the leading collective of the CPC Central Committee with Xi Jinping as its core has deeply summed up the basic experience of national security work and put forward the overall concept of national security on a timely basis. In recent years, scholars have carried out multi-level and in-depth theoretical research on the background, theoretical origin, basic connotation, main characteristics and practical path of the overall concept of national security, and achieved fruitful results. Through a systematic review of the literature, it is found that there is still room for further improvement and expansion of the existing research. In the field of research, it is possible to deepen the basic theoretical research and construct the academic discourse of national security theory with Chinese characteristics;in the scope of research, it can strengthen the research on non-state actors so as to improve the theoretical system of overall national security. In terms of research methods, it needs pay attention to the exchange and mutual learning of international experience and expand the international horizon of theoretical research.
