摘要
目的了解白细胞介素-33(IL-33)及其可溶性受体ST2(sST2)和抗苗勒氏管激素(AMH)在多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)患者血清中的变化情况,为PCOS患者的诊疗提供理论参考依据。方法收集2016年3月~2018年6月来医院就诊并确诊为PCOS患者192例为实验组,并选择同期未孕健康孕龄女性120例为对照组,采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测血清中IL-33和sST2水平,采用化学发光免疫法检测血清中AMH水平,并对检测结果进行统计分析。结果 120例健康未孕女性血清中IL-33、sST2及AMH水平分别为(26.75±8.62)pg/mL、(0.06±0.04)μg/mL和(5.16±1.73)ng/mL,192例PCOS患者分别为(231.73±104.26)pg/mL、(3.24±1.52)μg/mL和(10.65±3.91)ng/mL,明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=4.0935~21.9506,P <0.05)。PCOS患者血清中IL-33与sST2、IL-33与AMH及sST2与AMH水平之间均呈正相关性,相关系数r=0.9145、0.6252及0.7168,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05)。各年龄组PCOS患者血清中IL-33、sST2及AMH水平之间差异均统计学意义(F=2.7061,F=3.5024,F=6.0835,P <0.05),且随着年龄的增长呈逐步下降趋势。结论 PCOS患者血清中IL-33、sST2及AMH水平明显高于正常健康未孕女性,且各指标之间均呈正相关性,对PCOS的诊疗具有一定的理论参考依据,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To understand the changes of interleukin-33(IL-33),its soluble receptor ST2(sST2) and anti-Mullerian hormone(AMH) in the serum of patients with polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS) so as to provide theoretical basis for the diagnosis and treatment of PCOS patients. Methods 192 patients who were diagnosed as PCOS p in our hospital from March 2016 to June 2018 were selected as the experimental group.120 healthy women of gestational age without pregnancy during the same period were selected as the control group.Serum IL-33 and sST2 levels were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) and serum AMH levels were detected by chemiluminescence immunoassay.The test results were analyzed statistically. Results Serum IL-33,sST2 and AMH levels in 120 healthy non-pregnant women were(26.75±8.62)pg/mL,(0.06±0.04)ug/mL and(5.16±1.73)ng/mL,respectively.Those of 192 PCOS patients were respectively(231.73±104.26)pg/mL,(3.24±1.52)ug/mL and(10.65±3.91)ng/mL,significantly higher than those of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(t=4.0935-21.9506,P < 0.05).There were positive correlations between serum IL-33 and sST2,between IL-33 and AMH and between sST2 and AMH.Correlation coefficients r=0.9145,0.6252 and 0.7168,respectively,with statistically significant differences(P < 0.05).Serum IL-33,sST2 and AMH levels of PCOS patients in different age groups were statistically significant(F=2.7061,3.5024,6.0835,P < 0.05).Serum levels of IL-33,sST2 and AMH in PCOS patients showed a gradual decline with the increase of age. Conclusion Serum levels of IL-33,sST2 and AMH in PCOS patients were significantly higher than those in healthy women without pregnancy and all the indexes are positively correlated.It has certain theoretical reference basis for the diagnosis and treatment of PCOS,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
