摘要
目的探讨四种雄激素在多囊卵巢综合征中的临床意义。方法将52例多囊卵巢综合症患者与22例健康者的睾酮、雄烯二酮、硫酸去氢表雄酮及17α-羟孕酮含量进行比较。结果多囊卵巢综合征患者的睾酮、雄烯二酮极显著高于健康对照组(P<0.01),LH/FSH≥2组的DHEAS含量显著高于其他组(P<0.05)。结论通过对睾酮、雄烯二酮的检测有利于提高诊断多囊卵巢综合征的准确性。
Objective To discuss the clinical significance of 4 kinds of androgen. Methods The PCOS patients from March to Janu- ary 2015 in our hospital were selected, and the level of testosterone, androstenedione, dehydroepia- ndrosterone sulfate and 17α -hydroxy progesterone were compared between the PCOS and healthy people. Results There were significant differences in the level of testosterone, androstenedione, dehydroepia- ndrosterone sulfate and 17α -hydroxy progesterone between the two groups. In PCOS, the level of testoster- one and androstenedione were higher than the healthy control group （P 〈 0. 01 ）, the level of dehydroepia - ndrosterone sulfate in the LH/ FSH ≥2 patients were higher than the others （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Testing the level of testosterone and androstenedione could improve the diagnostic accuracy on PCOS.
