摘要
对１２０例多囊卵巢综合征（ＰＣＯＳ）患者测定血清中睾酮（Ｔ）、雄烯二酮（Ａ）、硫酸去氢表雄酮（ＤＨＥＡＳ）及１７α－羟孕酮（１７α－ＯＨＰ）含量，并与对照组相比较，观察ＰＣＯＳ患者几种雄激素水平的变化及其间的相互关系。结果显示：ＰＣＯＳ患者血清Ｔ、Ａ、ＤＨＥＡＳ值均明显高于正常组，且在ＬＨ／ＦＳＨ≥２的ＰＣＯＳ组中表现更为明显。ＰＣＯＳ患者中５５．５％有Ｔ高于正常范围，３３．３％有Ａ的异常，２４．２％有ＤＨＥＡＳ的升高。因此在ＰＣＯＳ的诊断中，ＬＨ的增高，Ｔ和／或Ａ的增高是激素水平方面诊断ＰＣＯＳ的最好指标。当ＤＨＥＡＳ增高时。
To evaluate the clinical significance of elevation of androgens for the diagnosis of polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS),serum levels of testosterone(T),androstenedione(A),dehydroepiandro sterone sulfate(DHEAS) and 17αhydroxyprogesterone(17αOHP) were determined by RIA in 120 patients with PCOS and 28 women as control. The levels of serum T,A and DHEAS were significantly higher in the women with PCOS as compared with controls, and it was more marked in the patients with serum LH/FSH≥2555% of the women with PCOS had high level in serum T, 333% had abnormal serum A,and 242% had elevated DHEAS level.Elevation of LH, inerease of T and/or A are the most sensitive indexes for the diagnosis of PCOS.In patients with higher serum DHEAS,administration of dexamethasone may improve the sensitivity to treatment.
